3.2 Macbeth Video
I found this video on youtube when Macbeth goes to see the three witches. The witches are very different from one another and look even scarier. In this video the witches take up more of a supernatural image with there constant transformations when they talk. One is in all white which most mean she is the oldest and most powerful and one in the red most be the middle child or middle witch and the last witch that seems like she is wearing a coat of some poor unlucky soul must be the youngest. Later on in the scene they are holding hands, dancing and start chanting symbolizing the beginning of a spell, or some type of spell to help then vanish. The witches are also more animated not just because they are cartoons but because they are flying, transforming into different objects, from Macbeth's amulet to a crown. Macbeth is show with a constant shadow on his face making it seem like he's up to no good and is evil from the start. Later on we see Macbeth take a darker tone then before we his eyes in giant black circles, and then see a dagger in his mind which is telling him to kill.
3.1 Macbeth
This picture is a cartoon of the three witches that tell Macbeth his prophecies. This image is taken in the futuristic Japanese city wasteland appeal. One of the many symbols is for one the complexion on the three. Since many think of witches as ugly females who sometimes are old, we seen the artist show then in reptilian form which is a symbol in it's self going to Adam and Eve with the snake which represents some form of evil and not being trusted. Note that they are also wearing kimonos which in Japanese tradition are worm in special ceremonials, also the fact that their hands are glowing may state that they are about to start some kind of special ritual. Witches are also suppose to live in a distance and isolated place and in this case they are in a city ruin with dead samurai bodies which they might use to as past spirits for their rituals. The archetype of the witch is that they have the "knowledge of the universal laws of nature, the conscious mind and esoteric powers to manifest their desires." Which is true in Macbeth they have the power of nature in talking to spirits in order to prophesy from Macbeth. They also are The Outcast for living in a isolated place and for not socializing with anyone but the spirits and themselves and who ever ask for a audience. They also can be Outcast because of their looks because they would scare the villagers and children.

The Warrior/The inncoent
The reason why I picked this picture because it is a very important picture to me historically and personally. This shows Jassa Singh Ramgarhia is one of the Sikh generals who fought the moguls with his men of 500 to protect the weak and helpless from being forced to convert their religion and from being oppressed and to also protect his and my religion Sikhism. In this picture, I see the meaning of a warrior is about standing up for what is right and what are wrong so more or less self-righteousness, protecting the unprotected and standing up for the good of those in need. A warrior is willing to stand up no matter the cost; he will come to the rescue. Warriors are also very goal oriented and will fight for there goals like I must have to fight my goals of being a firefighter.
The Innocent
The Innocent to me I picture my dog Dante. Like my Dante I'm always optimism and I trust very easily even though I may not know the person that well. But if they need my help I will help. Trust is one of my biggest weaknesses but I either deny it or I really don’t acknowledge it as weaknesses because like most optimistic people I don’t worry about the bad. Innocent is shown as seeing the good in everything and everyone. Again like my dog that will play with just about anyone he comes across with. He (me) always tries to find the good and innocent in them in some way.
Not sure if I'm done or not...

Blog Entry 2.1: Goblin Market
The plot of the poem is that two sisters (Laura and Lizzie) are at home, and they hear the noises coming from the goblin market. They try to ignore the sounds and noises coming from the market and from the goblin males at the market. But Laura goes out to see what’s going on, even though Lizzie tells Laura not to go. A broke Laura goes to the market and the goblins offer her the fruit but she has no money so the goblins give her the fruit in exchange for her golden (blond) hair. So Laura gave the goblins a lock of her hair and eats the fruit and returns home to her sister but on her way home the fruit takes effect and makes her wider away into a old women and surely into a bag of bones. The worried sister Lizzie goes out to check up on her sister at the market. When she gets there the goblins offer the fruit of a lock of her hair. Lizzie turns the offer down, which makes the goblins angry and they start getting out of hand and try to force feed Lizzie the fruit, but Lizzie keeps her mouth shut and gets juice all over her. Lizzie gets away and runs home covered in juice where she sees Laura. Laura seeing Lizzie covered in juice and kisses/licks the juice off of Lizzie and Laura starts to heal slow and painfully. Later on in life Laura and Lizzie are mothers and warn their children at the goblin market and the power of sisterly love.
There were a lot of symbols in Goblin Market. One of the most common was Fruit, which was found. Fruit symbolizes temptation like the forbidden fruit in the bible, which also counts as a sin. It's as a temptation because Laura could hold back and stay home but she left to get some fruit. Another symbol was the lock of hair, which symbolizes money because Laura used her hair as money to buy some fruit. The moon was another word that keep on popping up in the poem, from moonlight to moonlit which makes me think it symbolizes addiction like how werewolf’s are to the moon.
The archetypes in goblin market were the goblin’s, which can be indenifed as evil sin or/and even tricksters, for giving the fruit to Laura and trying to feed Lizzie. Laura can be portrayed as a prostitute/junkie for trade herself (lock of hair) for goods (fruit) also for licking Lizzie for the fruit it seems like a drug and Lizzie can be portrayed as a mother looking out for her sister.
To me Goblin market is seen as a story about two sisters, one was the smart one then other one was the naive/adventurous one who was too curious and went exploring more then she should and got in trouble while her sister had to save her but is but in danger also, and threw this whole ordeal the power of sisterhood overcomes everything they went through.
